Feud: Bette vs. Joan. High camp on FX

Anyone watching this bitchathon, dragathon? First episode was Sunday night on FX, and although this one was mainly a scene-setter, this series promises high camp. Bette Davis was a role Susan Sarandon was born to play :)

BTW, this mini-series is about the making of "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" which was about as drag campy as a movie gets. Those of you too young to remember these early gay icons need to give it a look.

  • I watched with enthusiasm. A little disappointed but as you said a scene setter. Looking forward to the rest. Thought Susan Sarandon was great and think she will even become more Bette as the series progresses. Also thought CathrineZeta Jones was really good, I hope we see more of her. The sets were great and of course the original movie was the best. Loved Susan when she first came out as Baby Jane. Look forward to the rest.
