Happy haunting, y'all.
Anybody do anything special or see anything unusual on Halloween?
Saturday was the day of the big bash, but I imagine plenty is going on tonight, too.
Spooky gay holiday
I had an ample supply of apples with very thin razors enclosed, but no takers.
Des Moines' weather was fine (50+ degree) and we sent that rain off toward Chicago (sorry Jacker). The tradition here is that the kids tell jokes (usually simple knock-knock jokes or some such) to earn their treats. The one I liked was the kid in a Spider Man outift who asked, "What do you use to fix a broken pizza?" Answer: "Tomato paste!" <groan>
Bear, the weather in the Chicago area sucked. Poured rain on and off all day and evening. As such, the trick or treaters were sparse. The kid in the Chewbacca costume won the prize. He not only looked the part but he had the roar down to a T. Cracked me up.
