Well, this looks like it could be the one that makes it to the Supreme Court first. Utah's attorney general says he's going straight to the Supremes rather than appeal to the full appeals court. (This ruling was made by a panel of three judges. The AG could opt to appeal to the full appeals court, but says he doesn't plan to.)
Presumably, this ruling would apply to all other cases in the district, which would also include Oklahoma, which also has a case before this same appeals court.
No more marriages for the time being in Utah, however, as the judges in this case immediately stayed their ruling.
I'm both nervous and excited about this going to the current Supreme Court, but it looks like it's unavoidable with one possible exception -- If all appeals court rulings are in favor of same-sex marriage, which is possible given how courts all over the country are ruling, the Supremes could decline appeals and just let the DOMA and appeals court rulings stand as the law of the land. I kind of doubt they'll do this (same-sex marriage is too big an issue), but it is an outside possibility.

Hence the prejudice and anti LGBT stance the sad thing is the wait, to prove the US constitution will prevail!
