Florida, the nation's No. 3 state, is a big one to join the fold. 70% of the American people now live in states that allow same-sex marriage.
Supposedly there are a few counties in North Florida that stopped allowing any marriage certificates, but so far, it looks like things in FL are mostly going smoothly.

BuzzCub4 is correct. The 3 counties are issuing Marriage licenses. They stopped performing marriages. In order to avoid law suits they are not marrying straight or same sex couples. You can get a marriage license and get married by clergy or a justice of the piece.
I like to think of Florida as the penis of the North American Continent. Nice how it hangs there so warm and beautiful. Kinda appropriate that they are now recognizing the right for guys to love each other and receive the same rights as all other citizens.
