Welll.. Technically, Arnold Barton is now a subsidiary of Hallmark, and was recently bought by them. So, if the card was produced back then (as Hallmark claims), Hallmark would have had no say in it.
That aside, I find Hallmark cards tacky in general.
In any case, the particular card in question still is terribly tacky and inappropriate for a teenage kid.
Tasteless maybe, but since I have a skewed sense of humor, I find it funny. Probably not appropriate for a 13-year old though.
IMO, this is better than those cheesy sugar-coated soppy cards :P
