Straight: In the closet
Bi: Sitting on the fence, ready to fall off in the pansy patch.
Bi Curious: Wants to know if guys really do suck dick better.
CD: All the wrong men dress up.
T Girl: Chick with a dick.
Twink: Probably not legal. Probably your preference if people call you: "Father."
Athletic build: Football player build
Football Player Build: Fat
Few Extra Pounds: Fat
Pudgy: Fat
Chub or Chubby: Fat
Bear: Hairy and fat
Cub: Young, hairy and fat
Fat: Morbidly obese
Straight Appearing: Until he opens his mouth.
HWP: Height Weight Proportionate? His opinion versus yours.
Age?: Add at least 10 years to the poster's claimed age.

Guide To Craig's List
i've gotten tenants for my rental properties off of there, too. as bear says, it's about ten to one psychos vs keepers. one tenant from there simply disappeared, one must have been psychotic because i'm still dealing with the damage she did while living there (She moved out in oct.), one-shortly before she moved-woke me up in the middle of the night screaming because her ex (who was living with her) decided he was going to cut her arms off with an ax so she called her lesbian girlfriend to come and save her...which led to two women screaming...and then she stiffed me with a bad check her last month there. she also told the whole street that i'm a racist because i told her to call me by my first name rather than MR. (first name). the current tenants i have from there came from the "housing wanted" section and i must say, they're great.
Agree with rae in terms of Craiglist and hookups. Wouldn't touch it. However, I did at one point get a roommate from there, and it worked out OK. But boy there were a lot of bad applicants, too. Mostly kids wanting to get out of mom and dad's house so they could party.
i loathe craigslist. all of the above and worse. seems to be the favored meeting place of the scum of the earth, which doesn't mean that i don't check it out regularly. but after seeing 2 guys who i know for a fact are hiv poz posting as ddf, someone i worked with posting as unmarried and another guy posting who i know for certain is a prostitute i decided it wasn't a good idea to EVER answer an ad on there. to say nothing of the craigslist killers or the two friends who have told me their own horror stories from hookups on there...........................
