On a serious note, yes, the wheels are in motion for the Supreme Court to have to decide on marriage rights nationwide. They really should just go ahead and get it over with. Sure there would be some bitching and moaning from the usual suspects, but people as a whole would quickly realize that it's no big deal and go on with their lives.
But I don't know that they're brave enough to do that. If they aren't we could be looking at several more decades of fighting this out state by state until the Supremes finally have the balls to say ENOUGH!
