THE RACE GOES ON

One year after the Boston bombings, the race will go on and be bigger than ever before. To mark the one year anniversary, Sports Illustrated was in Boston this morning shooting a cover for next weeks issue. About 3 thousand people showed up at 6AM at the finish line dressed in their best Boston Strong outfits. Along with the Mayor, first responders, runners and just your everyday run of the mill folks, Boston proved they are strong and ready to continue. The issue comes out on April 16 and I may be just a speck in the crowd, but I will know I was there.

  • Someone people even brought flags and there were kids there too. What a great way to show how heartfelt the losses were and how determined Americans are to maintain the civil society we have owned since before 1776. Beautiful !! And you are pretty cute too in your Red Sox regalia.
