RIP ROBIN WILLIAMS

I was watching the Evening News with Scott Pelley and just as it was going off he said BREAKING NEWS ROBIN WILLIAMS DIED OF APPARENT SUICIDE. At first I thought it was another Robin Williams or I simply heard wrong. I turned to CNN and they were still covering the story in the Middle East. They went to commercial and came back with breaking news. Everyone knows now. I wasn't surprised to hear he was battling depression. I never knew ( or don't remember) hearing that he was a recovering alcoholic too. I'm sorry to know now how much pain he was in. I hope that he found his peace. Didn't love everything he did, but none the less he was still a genius.

  • Zip, I have battled with depression throughout my life. Luckily I battle with the fair of death also which makes suicide not much of an option.
