MESSENGERS

I Need some help here men. It pertains to some facebook-like messages and pics that appear when I sign into Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmal, Liv.com.

A string of photos and little messages like "XX has done such and such" appear. There is NO CONTENT under the photo and frequently, when I click on the message, some other message like "XX has not updated his file" OR "U do not have access to YY's file" or bullshit like that.

Now I know I musthave said "Add as a friend" sometime in the past. MY STUPID FUCKIN BAD!

How do I get rid of them?
