  • Just for clarification for those not familiar with the U.S. , no governor, to date (April 20, 2020), has declared marital law in any state in the US. Last checked, as evidenced by this post, the Bill of Rights for all U.S. citizens is still in place, including those who might have inadvertently been paddled about their head instead of their ass. Stay safe everyone. :)

  • How about the actual dictators in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, who all declared martial law, deployed the national guard (that would be US Army Reserves) and placed citizens under house arrest. Every one of them suspended the Bill of Rights.
