  • Marc, I am a big fan of the show and I DVR it. I don't smell a success story here. As an ex NY cab driver, and having 2 brothers who are former NY cops, something seems very bullshit artist about him to me. Something the way he said he was a Mall Detective doesn't sit right. Now watch him go on to win the million.

    I've never seen Survivor and I don't plan to because I find most tv shows these days to be a waste of time
    and I have to agree with ottobloke about liking him more until he started talking

  • I don't watch survivor. I kind of agree with VARickbear about Survivor.
    He is very good looking! He seems nice, hope he does well and I hope he represents gay men in a good way.
    It would be great if did win though, that'd be 2 gay men winning.

  • I'm not a fan of the show, I catch it now and then if I'm bored and scrolling through the channels.
    The show is all about people looking for their 15 mins of fame and brings out the worst our society has to offer.
    "What will you do for a million dollars?"
    I do hope he does well, only because he is gay and seems to be a nice guy. Only time will show if those traits are real or not.

  • It is always a joy for me to see the success that another person has achieved. This guy struck me as humble, exciting, enthusiastic and full of life. He has the right attitude and I am happy for him.

    I am not a fan of any of the survivor programs however. I simply prefer programs that involve history or any of a variety of other programs. BUT, I wish this guy the best in something that has been an interest of his for several years.

  • I think his initial appeal will wear off quickly and he will get booted off the island rather quickly. I liked him a lot more until he started talking...
