I had never heard of auto correct until I read this post.....then yesterday I was chatting on yahoo messenger with my sister and we somehow, as you do, got onto the subject of partners snoring, etc. and she said to me

"I fixed our sleeping arrangements.... "I get a blanket and he gets to sleep with Fiona" I replied, "really? hmmmm"

LOL she came back and said......... DOONA. (Australian for comforter or quilt), I meant doona...damn auto correct.
