I hope someday I can travel the world and see some of these places. They look so interesting.
Also I'm testing out the new feature to add a photo in a response to a blog, and thought this topic would be a good way to test. This is a first test.
First on the list
1. Mt. Roraima, Venezuela

There are two pics of Iceland in the series: #5 & #20.
Pic #5 is an aerial view of a meandering river as it heads to the ocean. The light tan spots in the midst of the blue are silt deposits/sand bars. For a better view: http://500px.com/photo/2241382
Pic #20 depicts Gullfoss, a waterfall in the wintertime. If you look at pics of the waterfall, depending of where they are taken from, the waterfall will appear very narrow, such in pic #20; in the wintertime, as the spray from the waterfall forms an ice sheet it makes the waterfall seem very narrow and creates an eerie image. A better perspective can be seen here: http://www.vulkaner.no/n/gullfoss/egullfoss.html
Go to http://www.Google.com and paste in "25 places that look not normal but are actually real"
one of the results is from Buzzfeed.com and you can see it there
yeah long urls are broken here to prevent spamming. I had an issue with linking to porn sites with viruses in the past.
thanks

@beht, thanks glad you like it.
I would have added it a lot time ago but I didn't think of it until last week ;-)
Actually now that I think of it I wish I had some of these blown up so I can hang them on my walls. The Namibia one is really interesting to look at to me.
