This woman was fired for a photo on Twitter

This woman was a head basketball coach who loved her job and worked hard for years to get there.
On the way home from work one day she went to a family birthday party and her daughter took a photo of she and her mother with penis straws. The daughter later posted that photo on Twitter without the mother knowing.

The next day the coach's boss called her to remove it, and a few days later the president asked her to resign.

Do you think she should have been fired over it?

  • People are accountable for things that are posted by/about them online. And they should realize that. However, in this case, it seems pretty trivial. My guess is that this was, literally, a last straw situation :)

  • Wrong, wrong. The people who fired her, should lose their jobs. She did nothing wrong. She should be reinstated back to her job...

  • The coach didn't put the photo online; she didn't even know it was posted; she didn't supply the straws for the party; she was sharing a fun moment with her daughter; everyone knows the sophomoric humor of this kind of party thing does not reflect who a person is.

Of course she should not have been fired.

Here is a photo of some glow-in-the-dark penis straws. Looking online, I was astounded how many varieties of penis straws there are; ostensibly for use at bachelorette parties. Of course, I prefer the real thing - no substitutions!

If these thin, wimpy cocks are what bachelorettes expect to see on their wedding nights, they will be pleasantly surprised. LOL

  • I saw that on Steve Harvey today.....I think too many bosses and companies are invading our private home lives. I could give a rat's as what my employee's do at home. None of my fucking business. This woman was wrongfully terminated and the place she was coaching at should be ashamed and held accountable.
