I don't have a problem if people are upfront about not meeting others. But I do have an issue if they're dishonest -- lead you on or even worse, stand you up.
Man, pretty judgemental crowd here. If someone likes to cam instead of meet in person, who am I to judge them. Their reasons are their reasons. Maybe they don't think you are all that. To call them gutless and dishonest, I think is outrageous. First of all, I'm not about to meet in person just anyone I encounter online. Second if if they cam with you, you would know real fast if they are using a fake or old photo. and all the married guys are at the gyms hitting on you in the showers and steam room. And in this day it pays to be safe and selective there is a ton of STD out there. Some antibiotic resistance. Lastly, for some the thrill is in the chase and some are just exhibitionists and voyeurs.

most of them are either 1, not who their pics are, 2, not in the same shape as their ten year old pics, or 3, married and closeted.
It takes more courage to be honest and meet someone than most folks who haunt the online chatrooms/message boards have.

I agree with you on this, but it sort of fits in with the hurry-hurry-rush-rush society we have today. I guess some guys might be germaphobes too, or maybe just shy or married . . . maybe all of the above? LOL
