BearinFW is sort of responsible for this rambling entry here. While pretending to work this morning, I was browsing Juan Cole's site, and he had posted an entry about the Hostess executives and how they essentially looted the employees' pension fund. The accompanying video, which I listened to, was a bit too much for me and bummed me out. http://www.juancole.com/2012/12/hostess-executive … funds.html
Bummed out, I thought I would look at DaddyDater--pics of naked men always cheer me up!--and I saw Bear's blog about the IBM pension fund. I had heard about this on Market Place the other day, and reading Bear's accompanying link only bummed me out some more. So much for Big Blue's "Think" campaign.
(Really this post is about Zombies)
Scrambling around trying to find something to lighten the mood, I saw that Gail Collins has a new column out today. No matter what, she always makes me smile. If you need a laugh, you can read her column here: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/13/opinion/collins … Slsf3c/XJg
I was reading the comments section on Gail's column and one poster had sent a link for the CDC and its manual on preparing for the Zombie Pandemic. What the hell, I'm worrying about my 401k when I should be worrying about the impending Zombie Pandemic?! http://www.cdc.gov/phpr/zombies_novella.htm (hint: if you actually go to the site, click on the google book version rather than the pdf as google's book is animated--the snarling dog is priceless!)
The accompanying pic has nothing to do with 401ks or zombies, but while looking for a suitable zombie pandemic pic, I came across this one, and it's infinitely more fun than pics of zombies.
Nothing like a tight ass to make you forget about zombies and pension funds.
I vote for both PDQ and furball :)
pdq: the day is so much more doable with a nice ass to look at. thanks. :)

That worked, but I'd rather it was imbedded. Oh well.
Well, at least there is an active link.
Just to keep rambling, I've included a post to YouTube. The video is a short compilation of photos I made of the Marilyn Monroe sculpture in Palm Springs (where I live.)
And my ass... for a chubby old bear, my ass is VERY firm (and tight if you're so inclined).
Hmmm.... I submitted a photo, but it didn't make it .
And the YouTube link is all hosed up. Oh well.
